Week 8 Activity – EPortfolio

I kind of just figured out what I want to do. So, I’ve decided that it would be a good idea for me to leave this website up, as well as create an additional one very soon in the near future. I am currently thinking of changing my major. So, I think that I’m going to use my professional site as not just a portfolio for my work, but as my own personal guideline to getting where I need to be. In this regard, I hope my website also gives people the idea that I am available to hear them out through any struggle that they may have. Their voices do matter and to me, it is important that they are heard.

With this website, I wish to inform the LGBTQIA community as well as the straight community about societal issues and interpersonal issues. Since I am an actor and writer, I plan on doing this with my video projects that I make and show to any studio or movie company that will accept them. So, these particular groups contain other writers, actors, directors and producers. I am interested in reaching out to a vast range of audiences. With my videos, hopefully I can display powerful enough stories that truly demonstrate the social/societal barriers that still remain to exist in our world.
